Alcohol: 13%.
There were about 4 bottles left. I bought it because I had a chance encounter with it.
The bottle was opened gently, perhaps because it had been chilled to a ginormous temperature.
The light sweetness and the shwashiness are pleasant.
Yesterday we had lobster salad, bonito tataki, filet cutlet, and grilled eggplant 😋.
