ma-ki-I had a lot of trouble deciding on the last sake at the sushi restaurant, but in the end, it was my favorite sake!

Gen-no-chi is one of our favorite sakes. Of course, this is my favorite too, as it is a directly pumped version.

First, the aroma. You can't really smell it.
When you put it in your mouth - it is just delicious.
The aroma is good and the sweetness is delicious.
You can drink it all the time.

I have had Sharaku from this brewery, but this was my first time drinking Miyaisen.
I immediately started to drink it.

The first drink at the sushi restaurant was my first kafuda-shu! I didn't expect it to be my first time drinking outside, but it was Kamo Nishiki Shuzo's Kafuda-shu.
This time it was a Kwang Suisen Shiboritate.
This is the sake I have longed for!
