Today we celebrated my wife's birthday two days late.
We did some shopping in Osaka and then went to dinner.
My wife's birthday celebration was the usual sushi.
It was a different restaurant from last year.
It was our first time, but the service was very good and the sushi was delicious.
The first drink at the sushi restaurant was my first kafuda-shu! I didn't expect it to be my first time drinking outside, but it was Kamo Nishiki Shuzo's Kafuda-shu.
This time it was a Kwang Suisen Shiboritate.
This is the sake I have longed for!
I will have it right away.
First, the aroma. It smells sweet.
When you put it in your mouth, it feels smooth and has a soft sweetness ✨.
Is this the sake for the package tag 🎵?
It is too delicious.
The citrusy lemon-like freshness also made it very easy to drink and really delicious 😊.
