I had a lot of trouble deciding on the last sake at the sushi restaurant, but in the end, it was my favorite sake!
So, ImpressiontypeG by Shimizu Seizaburo Shoten.
Gen-no-chi is one of our favorite sakes. Of course, this is my favorite too, as it is a directly pumped version.
So, let's have it right away.
First, the aroma. You can't really smell it.
When you put it in your mouth - it is just delicious.
The aroma is good and the sweetness is delicious.
You can drink it all the time.
Delicious sake and delicious sushi. It was a truly fulfilling experience for me to see my wife's happy face and to be treated so pleasantly.
