千鳥足Oyak🍶
Polished 45
Mild scent of gin
Deep richness with a sweetness like Wasanbon
Powerful rich umami!
It would be delicious with stewed dishes 😋.
While I was having my nails done at the nail salon, the woman in charge of my nails told me that "if you want to drink sake, there were coin-operated sake vending machines and cups at the food stall village.
I went there as soon as I got home from the salon and found that there were indeed coin-operated servers, but they were all selling Kuma shochu.
The vending machines were also... yes.
Shochu and sake are treated the same, right? LOL!
Disappointed, I went out to the back alley to eat tapioca and go home. MantaHello Mr. Staggerfoot ^ ^
I'm attracted to the phrase "every day lunchtime drinking Hashigo-zake" 😁.
It's sweet like wasanbon, my wife would like this sake ✌️ tomoさんGood evening, Mr. Chidori 😀
I still haven't set foot in this place because it seemed to be almost exclusively shochu 😁.
I guess if you're not a sake lover, shochu and sake are equally 🤣. 千鳥足Good evening, Mr. Manachie!
We definitely have a higher percentage of shochu here 😊Red lanterns are nice, but bamboo lights are also nice✨. 千鳥足Good evening, Manta!
When it gets hot, I feel like having a drink 🍺 from noon 😊Mrs. Manta, do you prefer elegant sweet 😋. 千鳥足Good evening, TOMO!
It was almost all shochu as they say 😅💦.
I guess sake and shochu are the same for those who don't drink 😂 Disappointed lol 千鳥足A hidden izakaya that happened to catch my eye and sucked me in with the sake on the signboard menu.
Sake from Sado Island, which I had longed for! 😻
The menu said YK35, Yamada Nishiki, Kumamoto yeast, Polishing 35, but what came out was
🌾Gohyakumangoku rice / Polishing 45
Texture is melt-in-your-mouth mellow
Soft and gentle LaFrance juice
Mild acidity, clean, light and umami mouthfeel
Delicious 😋like seafood seems to go well with it!
I enjoyed my favorite yuba yam with chopstick rest 👏. 千鳥足🪿
Yamada Nishiki / Polishing 35 / Kumamoto Yeast
The texture has a core that makes you wonder if even the brewing water is different from that of the Hokusetsu you just had.
The standing aroma is a mild ginkoku with a graininess.
When served cold, it has a bitter and pungent taste in a good way.
At room temperature, the deep sweetness and deliciousness fill the mouth, and the aroma is gorgeous and delicious.
The "SAKE ISLAND" on the label is also nice 🩷.
I ordered Hokusetsu YK35. What's that?
Well, I thought it was okay, but the manager gave it to me as a free gift!
Thank you very much! I'll have to go back!
The sake selection is just as good as the shochu! RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
