kia_twtAt a tasting at the Agricultural University store,
It is nigori, but it is recommended as good for warmed sake.
It is indeed delicious even when heated. It is also delicious cold! sugizA bottle that I bought in September and had been sleeping.
It has a clean, refined taste of Yamada-Nishiki.
I bought it at a pretty good price, so I had missed the timing to open the bottle, but I finally got to taste it.
I was hesitant to drink it because it was twice the usual price, but I finally opened the bottle! It's a refreshing wine, so I was able to drink it easily. T.KISOGood evening, sugiz😄
You opened a good bottle of sake😍❣️Back of the line 😆.
I'd like to drink the sky but I've never seen it 🥲. sugizGood evening, T.KISO.
I was worried about the timing and ended up opening it on a normal day when there was nothing going on.
I bought this at the Tokyo University of Agriculture's antenna store. Sake from the brewery of my former alumnus is available at a fixed price! sugizBought this sake in the summer. I had missed the timing of opening the bottle.
It has been a long time since I have had Princess Michiko. This is the seventh kind. The gorgeous sweetness common to all breweries. えりりんSugiz-san (〃〃〃^▽^)〃おはようよ♪♪.
I've been curious about this one, but haven't had a chance to try it yet😅.
I still want to get it because it looks delicious☺️. sugizEririn-san, there are several breweries, so I think it would be fun to compare drinks ^_^. ゆかちんGood evening, digit ⭐️I also bought this liquor last month 😊and at the same Agricultural University store 🏫 ✨there were a lot of liquors with Princess Michiko yeast! sugizGood evening, Yukachin-san. I know you have a lot of things in your store. Our family has almost conquered Princess Michiko, maybe👍. sugizPrincess Michiko Part 5.
I can't find my notes on how I drank it... I'll have to post them soon 😅. sugizIt tastes better when it is tightly chilled. sugizParticipated in a sake course at Tokyo University of Agriculture.
The theme was "Learning Sake and Food Pairing."
The fourth and last bottle was Houraizumi Junmai Shimotsuki Nama-no-Hara Sake.
The dish paired with this sake was "Japanese fritters with corn.
It has a high alcohol content of 19 degrees, so it goes well with fried food.
The University of Agriculture store here, Noh-no-Kura, is a great place to buy sake at a fixed price from a sake brewery where alumni are involved! There is also a Houraisen empty 😆...expensive even at the regular price, but I bought it when I was drunk. sugizParticipated in a sake course at Tokyo University of Agriculture.
The theme was "Learning Sake and Food Pairing."
The third bottle was Gazanryu Betsuatsurae Asagao.
The dish was "Kikaijima Fish Miso and Cold Tofu with Summer Vegetables".
This is a freshly-packaged sake. This may be the first time I have tasted Tamanao sake rice. It is a junmai ginjo-shu with a clear, refreshing taste that is best served cold. It does not lose to the strong taste of miso. sugizParticipated in a sake course at Tokyo University of Agriculture.
The theme was "Learning to Pair Sake with Food."
The second bottle was Dewazakura Tobiroku.
The dish paired with it was "Peach cold peperoncino somen noodles.
This sparkling sake is considerably drier than the first bottle of Seikagami.
According to the lecturer, Dewazakura goes well with somen noodles. sugizParticipated in a sake course at Tokyo University of Agriculture.
The theme was "Learning Sake and Food Pairing."
The first bottle was Seikagami Sparkling.
The dish paired with it was "Tofu Dried Thread Som Tam".
The low alcohol content of 13%, a little sweetness, and the sparkling's spiciness went well with the spiciness of the hot bean curd. 荒井 正史Using Princess Michiko's flower yeast. Good aroma of flowers. 荒井 正史CEL-24 yeast, 14% alcohol, -1.1 sake, 1.6 acidity, 1.0 amino acids, 50% polished rice. Fruity and sweet. 荒井 正史This is a very high level. Refreshing and mellow sweetness like muscat. It is better to drink it chilled. RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
