Participated in a sake course at Tokyo University of Agriculture.
The theme was "Learning Sake and Food Pairing."
The third bottle was Gazanryu Betsuatsurae Asagao.
The dish was "Kikaijima Fish Miso and Cold Tofu with Summer Vegetables".
This is a freshly-packaged sake. This may be the first time I have tasted Tamanao sake rice. It is a junmai ginjo-shu with a clear, refreshing taste that is best served cold. It does not lose to the strong taste of miso.
