Participated in a sake course at Tokyo University of Agriculture.
The theme was "Learning Sake and Food Pairing."
The first bottle was Seikagami Sparkling.
The dish paired with it was "Tofu Dried Thread Som Tam".
The low alcohol content of 13%, a little sweetness, and the sparkling's spiciness went well with the spiciness of the hot bean curd.
