The theme was "Learning to Pair Sake with Food."
The second bottle was Dewazakura Tobiroku.
The dish paired with it was "Peach cold peperoncino somen noodles.
This sparkling sake is considerably drier than the first bottle of Seikagami.
According to the lecturer, Dewazakura goes well with somen noodles.
