For the second time this year, the mountain yew
I've had a different kind of sake than last time, and this one doesn't have much of a sake feel to it, but it's not tasteless and you can take it to your mouth over and over again.
I wanted to try the Miyamanishiki one and compare the taste.
Lighter than Feirokis, with a little bit of acidity.
The aroma is weak, so it's a bit delicate to warm up.
I think it's delicious when it's room temperature to lukewarm.
