Purchased on a trip to Ashikaga.
The aroma is mellow, not peculiar, and it seems to be good even when heated. I don't have a boar cup at home, so I drank it in a Bordeaux wine glass, which I thought was just right...? I thought it was just right.
It's a numbing sensation on the tongue, like when you drink beer.
I guess it's an exaggeration to call it fizzy. It's gorgeous and fruity, but my nose isn't very good to begin with, so I can't tell what kind of fruit it is: ....
Robust and mellow. Unique flavor. I don't dislike it.
Since I became a sake lover, there is nothing I don't like, and I think they are all delicious.
I thought it might be dry because I haven't learned how to describe it, but I heard it is not so.
