Sashimi and warmed sake. I had an image of sashimi as cold, but I thought it could also be served warmed. The moment you drink it, you get a great sense of the sake. I was curious to see how it would be when drunk cold. As I thought, Yamahai does not have a specific taste. I think Yamahai does not have a specific flavor (in a good sense).

It suddenly got cold outside, so I had it warmed up with oden. It is dry, but warming it up mellows it out. The sake is dry, but warming it up mellows it out. A perfect match for the exquisite oden.
