Sashimi and warmed sake.
I had an image of sashimi as cold, but I thought it could also be served warmed.
The moment you drink it, you get a great sense of the sake. I was curious to see how it would be when drunk cold.
As I thought, Yamahai does not have a specific taste. I think Yamahai does not have a specific flavor (in a good sense).
