I found it in the summer at an aeon near my parents' house and bought it. It is easy to drink. It has a rather koji aroma. When I paired it with yellowtail and sea bream sashimi, it was delicious with the fat of the yellowtail and the flavor of the sea bream. I like ginjo-shu, but I think this kind of junmai-shu is also good because it has its own character.

Purchased at Eikofuji's department store pop-up store. All the sake was good, mainly raw sake. This is a sake brewed with wine yeast. The aroma is unique and seems to go well with western food, so I bought it to try.

This is a draft sake from the sake that won the highest gold medal in the premium junmai category of the Wineglass Delicious Sake Awards 2024. Because it is a nama-shu, it has a gaseous, light and dry taste. The impression is that there is not much acidity. I tried drinking it in a wine glass, but it may not suit me personally.

Sake given to me by my cousin. It was delicious, so I recorded it as a note. It is a sake made from Kami no Ho. It seems to be a rare sake. Ishikawa Sake Brewery made it on consignment or it was not available as a product. It was not available as a product.
