Gonzo
This is a draft sake from the sake that won the highest gold medal in the premium junmai category of the Wineglass Delicious Sake Awards 2024.
Because it is a nama-shu, it has a gaseous, light and dry taste. The impression is that there is not much acidity.
I tried drinking it in a wine glass, but it may not suit me personally.
