Collaboration with Fumika, a shamisen player from Niigata.
Using rice grown with shamisen music from rice planting to harvesting, the shamisen is played during the sake brewing process, and the sake is made with the brewer's skill.
The sake goes down your throat smoothly and without any clues in your mouth.
It is not sake! Here is my impression of the taste.
