This is Matsuo Boast, a limited edition Chiba sake from our favorite Kangiku Meizou: ☺️
Like Asahitaka of Jyushiyo, Matsuo Jiman is a sake that the people of Chiba Prefecture can be proud of! Like Jyushiyo Asahitaka, it seems to be a limited edition sake made only in Chiba Prefecture.
It has a sweet, shwashy, juicy, fruity taste, and the price is really reasonable.
