Today I drank my favorite Junmai Ginjo Star Label by Shihu for the first time: ☺️
When I poured it into the glass, it had a sweet muscat aroma.
When you drink it, it has a slightly thick mouthfeel and a shwashy taste.
It has a strong sweetness and umami. It was a bit bitter, but it was sweet and tasty all the way through.
To say the least, it was juicy and had a great balance of acidity and umami.
