Seriously easy to drink. Not spicy, but quite an excellent sake. You can drink this level of sake for less than 2,000 yen, so you can't stop drinking local sake. I drank it cold and with yudofu, and it is something I can drink and eat for the rest of my life. I'll probably forget about it tomorrow, but I'll leave it here as a reminder.

This is a high-class sake, sold in a single bottle for 5,500 yen. It is slightly effervescent and easy to drink. It has a mouthfeel like natural water, and I can say with certainty that there is no one who does not like it. It is 14 degrees, so even though it can be drunk like water, you have to drink it in small sips due to its high quality.

Fully mature Hyakugakumon Junmai Ginjo I've had the back of the bottle before, but this may be my first time drinking the front. I think the back was sharp and easy to drink, but this one also has a sharpness. However, the rice fruit flavor is also very refreshing on the nose. Just the name "fully ripe" is intriguing. Sukiyaki was served as a side dish. I think it goes well with nabe dishes in general. It matches this season when it is getting cold. According to the owner of the liquor store, it is also good when heated.

I bought it because of the super dry taste. They said it went in the same day I bought it. After it went down my throat, I laughed at how cool and refreshing it was, like water. It is a sake that you can drink endlessly and match it with anything. This is a sake that you drink while laughing at how bad it is.

Autumn Flower Fence This year's 3rd Sake series that is too cosy The Hanagaki series never goes out of style and is always cosy, but this one is a rare find according to the sake shop owner. According to the owner of the sake shop, this one is a rarity. It has a good balance of aroma and flavor, and even though it is not a ginjo, it is easy to drink and has a pleasant lingering aroma, which I think is the fruit of the sake brewery's efforts. I'm rattling on, but I simply love this sake.
