There was a new work of Kozaemon. The label is "Miyama light&smooth". It is a Junmai Ginjo sake made from 100% Miyamanishiki and 55% polished rice. The price is reasonable at 1,500 yen for a 4-gallon bottle. So let's drink it right away! Like a summer sake, it is light and easy to drink. It has a slight woody taste like a barrel sake. This Kozaemon is the kind of Kozaemon sake you want to drink lightly in the summer. It was delicious✨.

Junmai Nigorizake Raw Sake 100% Akebono, 70% polished rice Shiragiku Shuzo in Okayama Prefecture When I asked the sake shop if they had any shuwa shuwa, they recommended this one. Of course, I bought it with my own money. The product name is Winter bomb...? Bomb? When I open it, as I was told, the crab foam like the waterfall doesn't stop. It's like an explosion that won't stop. I opened it a little and tightened it, opened it again and tightened it... I repeated about five times. It became troublesome, so I opened a full bottle. I can't stop the bubbles (sweat)! When you open a bottle of this, be sure to cover the area with vinyl. When you drink it, it's dry, sharp, and too sharp. It was a dry sake that synergized with the gas stimulation in the mouth. I'd like to drink it with an energetic steak that has a lot of flavor and fat. I'm drinking it in small sips (in progress).

I bought it at Nakasendo Osho in Nakatsugawa City, Gifu Prefecture. It is a 65% Natsuboshi rice sake! The brewery recently moved from Gifu Prefecture to Hokkaido! The aroma is refreshing! On the palate it has a light sourness and sweetness, but it is not overpowering, it is like drinking water! The aftertaste is dry and refreshing. It is a sake that you can drink too much without knowing it. We enjoyed it very much✨.
