The last sake of the year was Kaze no Mori.
After drinking it, the only word that comes to mind is "delicious.
It has a fruity aroma and a hearty taste with a refreshing aftertaste.
We enjoy it with nabe (hot pot) and yakitori (grilled chicken).

It has a spring-like light pink label. I opened the bottle quietly so as not to wipe it out. Safe this time, lol.
It is a nigorizake like springtime haze, gently effervescent, fresh and crisp with a slightly dry aftertaste, and went well with sashimi.
It was served with chicken dumpling hot pot, scallop sashimi, and grilled chicken onions.

My favorite Kido, this one has 13 degrees of alcohol, so it's not too drunk, which is nice.
Kido is soft, smooth, and delicious.
