Kurogyu Junmai Ginjo, 100% Yamadanishiki, Polishing ratio 50%, Sake degree +4.0 Purchased as a souvenir of a trip to Wakayama It is refreshing, but because it has more than 16% alcohol, I felt like I was consuming a lot of alcohol. The aftertaste was clean and non-habitual. I like spicy, sweet, and with an aftertaste, so I felt like I was missing something 🤔.
