Amaneko was still the winner in my opinion, so I did not meet my expectations, but it was fruity, easy to drink, and delicious. It is easy to drink and tastes like dessert.
The name "Sansui" (mountain water) fits well with this sake. It has a slight sweetness and is refreshing and easy to drink like water from the mountains. Perfect for cold sake.
We had a pairing of Nakadori Junmai and Ginsen. I honestly couldn't tell the difference, both were delicious and easy to drink. I want to drink it again!
When I said I wanted to drink hot sake, I was given this sake that goes well with hot sake. Since it was warmed up, the alcohol was gone a little and it was very sweet and tasty.
Still my favorite sake I have ever had in my life.
It has a strong sweetness from the rice and almost no alcohol.
It tastes sweet, but it is not too heavy and you can drink it as much as you want.
