Delicious. It's clean and fruity, but it also has a body that doesn't stop there, so it's good not only on its own, but also as a food sake. At this time, it was recommended with conger eel, and it was not a bad combination. This is another sake that I would like to drink again.

It has a clean and elegant sweetness that only high rice polishing can give. The aftertaste is not sweet either, and the sake is clean and crisp in a good way. It is definitely delicious. However, if you ask me whether it is worth the price of just under 30,000 yen, I think it would be difficult to evaluate (including the other Ten-Ame). The quality is excellent, so it's a nice gift. I'd rather drink the regular TATENOGAWA line.

It is produced in 3000 bottles, so it is not so hard to find that it is a mirage. Although it is an aluzoe, it is not too alcoholic, and it is easy to drink because it cuts through the strong umami flavor. Even if it doesn't have a name brand, it's still a good sake for a meal.
