ゆとまま
This sake was served with the first item at a sushi restaurant. The soft, sweet and fruity taste goes well with salty fish! This restaurant has 4 types of sake cups to choose from depending on how you want to enjoy it.

This sake appeared at the end of the pairing at a French restaurant. I had it with risotto (^^) It tasted just like the sake I like! I like the taste of sake. It was an interesting combination of risotto and sake (✖︎), but I was very satisfied. I have the impression that it goes better with sake than Japanese food.

At a Japanese restaurant (4) Refreshing taste and goes well with vinegared food! My favorite taste. I wonder if I can order it.

At a Japanese restaurant (1) We asked for something to go with the food, and here is the sake that came out. We were able to choose our own tableware, which made us feel luxurious! Autumn Sake Dry and robust taste. Added dishes we enjoyed with this sake. (kneaded peanuts, abalone, tachio fish)

At a tempura restaurant (3) I ordered an extra sake, which I tried a little harder because I was being served something to go with the food. It was probably the first time for me to drink muddy sake. But it was easy to drink and delicious. I could have bought this sake myself. As an added bonus, here is a picture of the dessert.

At a tempura restaurant I asked for something to go with the dish and this is what I got. It tasted refreshing, like a sparling wine.

It is not sake. This is the first time I encountered amazake. It has a gentle taste and gives you a sigh of relief.
