Sweet on the palate, but leaves a slight bitterness. It is best served warm or chilled rather than at room temperature.

Aroma is typical of junmai sake. It can be warmed up, but it is a little sweet, so room temperature is better. We also liked this one.

3.2 It tastes rather gorgeous, perhaps because it is chilled. The taste is a little strong for me.

3.2 Daiginjos have a strong aroma and are sweet, which I don't like, but this one has a subtle aroma that I like. The taste is dry and a little tangy, but not too much. I think it is easy to drink.

★3.5 (Very good for everyday drinking) At room temperature. Slightly dry. Smooth on the tongue with no peculiarities, and very well balanced. I think the spiciness will soak in even more if it is heated up. It is a sake that seems to go well with cold weather.

4.5 Very tasty. Summer only. It seems to be a Kanto limited label. It has no extra aroma like Junmai sake, but the taste is very gorgeous and fruity. Amazing. I want to get it again next year.
