A dangerous sake with low alcohol that goes down easily. When cold, the texture is hard and the acidity is dominant. Then sweetness and bitterness. The aroma is lactic acid-like, which I like. As it approaches room temperature, its potential opens up. Juicy acidity with lactic acidity and a bit of body. A mild sweetness lingers on the palate for a bit, and a refreshing aroma goes through the nose. You can't help but reach for the next sip. It is the best.

It's interesting how the taste changes rapidly from the day it is opened. On the first day, it was slightly fizzy and juicy pineapple. Light and sweet. From there, the body and flavor increase while the aroma remains pineapple. The novelty and impact is greater on the first day, but the taste is getting closer to perfection. This is what I call a hana-yoku. Well done!

On the first day, the taste was blurred and the outline of the flavor could not be grasped. It was also very gassy and I couldn't really taste the sake. When I drank it after a week or so, I felt it had completely opened up. Sweet. Delicious. Pineapple aroma. Faintly sizzling. Fermentation-like aroma. A rough sake with many elements. The sake is like a character with a rough but extraordinary talent.

Day 1. Fruity, pineapple aroma. Slightly swoopy on the palate. Fruit acidity and strong flavor. The alcohol leaves the nose, leaving a bitter and sweet taste on the tongue. This is Hanayoake. Brilliant! Second day. Definitely better than yesterday. The gas has been released and the texture is easier to capture. Added sweetness to the fruity tartness. This sake has a seductive sweet and sour taste like fruit. Love this one.

Day 1: Sourness and a pineapple-like aroma Day 2: Bitterness starts to appear. Days 3 to 7: The alcohol becomes stronger. 8th to 14th day: The alcoholic taste rounds off, and a not too strong bitterness, a delicious taste, and a slightly subdued sweetness appear. I enjoyed it.
