On the first day, the taste was blurred and the outline of the flavor could not be grasped.
It was also very gassy and I couldn't really taste the sake.
When I drank it after a week or so, I felt it had completely opened up.
Sweet. Delicious. Pineapple aroma. Faintly sizzling. Fermentation-like aroma. A rough sake with many elements.
The sake is like a character with a rough but extraordinary talent.
