Sake with punch!
You can drink it well when the sake is ready to be served because it doesn't lose to the thicker - flavored dishes such as simmered dishes ✨.
Hanaabi The PREMIUM
Yamadanishiki Junmai Daiginjo, 40% Polishing, Unfiltered Nama-shu
Even though it is 40% polished, it has a very rich flavor unique to Hanaabi!
The aroma and flavor are outstanding, with the price of about 7,700 yen for a bottle!
A gem that retains its pineapple character.
Those who don't like it may be satisfied with 45ml or 90ml quantities.
This is a bottle of Yamamoto Sake Brewery's best effort, which had been suspended due to Corona.
It has a very beautiful aroma and taste, and when you notice it, you get the image of umami spreading in your mouth.
It is not too thick, so it is easy to drink.
The label was cute and of excellent quality.

The aroma and character are quite subdued, but the taste is elegant.
The taste is soft and milky. I had the impression that I would want to pair it with Iburi Goko cheese ✨.
In the past, brewing alcohol was used as a triple brew, but in the case of this sake, I felt it served to bring the unique sake rice together.
It is a tailing sake that you will not get tired of drinking.
Local Nagano sake.
An alumnus of mine who happened to work in my hometown bought it for me ✨.
Unusual specs of Honjozo Genshu.
It has the taste of sake with alcohol, but the impact of the 19% alcohol content of the original sake fills your mouth with a full mouthful of sake!
There is no sweetness that lingers on the palate, but rather a gusto that leaves a lingering aftertaste that recedes while retaining its flavor.

As the label on the back says, it is a 48% Junmai Daiginjo Omachi.
The sweetness, spiciness, and bitterness were all expressed, and it was also well balanced with the passage of time.
Like the rainbow on the front label, the depth of this sake is such that it could be called "seven hares" instead of "two hares" ✨.
I could feel the underlying power of Maruishi Sake Brewery!
It says to order it at room temperature or heated sake... but the restaurant was chilling it, so I ordered it cold. LOL!
The aroma is subdued, and the dryness and umami spread quickly on the palate. The alcohol content was also strong, perhaps because the alcohol would normally be lost by heating the sake up.

I would like to try it at a different temperature next time.
The mouthfeel is juicy, as you can see in the second photo.
