It has the taste of sake with alcohol, but the impact of the 19% alcohol content of the original sake fills your mouth with a full mouthful of sake!
There is no sweetness that lingers on the palate, but rather a gusto that leaves a lingering aftertaste that recedes while retaining its flavor.
Everyone at work said that they never get tired of drinking it!
It was my first time to try this brewery, but it was delicious and I would buy it again if I find it in the future!
