It says to order it at room temperature or heated sake... but the restaurant was chilling it, so I ordered it cold. LOL!
The aroma is subdued, and the dryness and umami spread quickly on the palate. The alcohol content was also strong, perhaps because the alcohol would normally be lost by heating the sake up.
However, the lingering taste calmed down, and I enjoyed the changes that made me think it was rather sweet...? I enjoyed the change in taste!
I would like to try it at a different temperature next time.
