At 48 Fishery in Chofu It is a sake from Ishikawa prefecture and can only be tasted here. It is said to be between junmai-shu and daiginjo-shu. It has a robust flavor that is as good as soy sauce, and it tastes great with shrimp sashimi. It was not at all! It was more like a thick paste. I thought it was sweet and fruity.

A gift. I drank sake at room temperature for the first time. It was spicy. Bitter. It was bitter... I thought maybe this sake was not for me, but next time I decided to drink it cold! The spiciness and bitterness became lighter and it felt very sweet. I thought it would be good with fruits, so I paired it with mandarin oranges and apples. I recommend it because it goes surprisingly well ^ ^.

It was delicious! Some kind of pear? LaFrance? Citrus fruit? It tasted like a pear or a LaFrance or a citrus fruit? I sipped it after I'd had a few drinks, so I thought I'd have it again. I would like to drink it again.

It has no habits and anyone can drink it. It has a sweetness, but it's refreshing, so you won't be troubled with snacks. If I had to choose, I would choose this one.

Fluffy, fruity, sweet, and then a little spicy? I drank it a little tipsy, so it felt mildly sweet. I wondered if this would be good with chocolate ^ ^. I paired it with osechi this time, but it was a perfect match with chestnut kintomonto.

The bottle on the left. It had a cute label, so I ordered it and found it to be a little dry and spicy ministry. I guess it was too early for me...

This is the first sake I've ever tasted that tastes like sake. The waiter recommended it to me and said, "It's sparkling, so it tastes like sparkling wine, not sake." The waitress recommended it to me and I was very impressed. I don't remember what it tasted like, but I would like to drink it again. From this point on, I was hooked on sake.

I couldn't take a picture, so I got it from the Internet. Sake that I order every time I go to a buckwheat noodle restaurant Wada Ryu Tosui" (Japanese sake) I love its clear, light and fruity taste. It tastes a little bitter and unique. But when I drink it with strong tasting soba noodles, I feel it is very delicious.

Dry but fruity. A little heavy for me but women seem to like it. I drank it with light white sashimi and shellfish sashimi.
