The aroma is really gorgeous. And the fruity flavor that doesn't betray its blaring nose is really delicious.
The flavor is so robust that you could drink this on its own.
It has a fruity sweetness, but the lingering alcohol taste is very good, as if it were only possible to drink it with sake.
I had it with pickles. It goes with everything, but something as light as this is the best way to enjoy sake.
