I was attracted by the limited edition of this KURA MASTER 2024 award-winning sake, so I bought it. I wondered if the aroma would be too strong since it is a junmai daiginjo sake. I thought it might have a strong aroma, but it didn't. It is a delicious sake.
The last of the day was
Daiginjo by Sojiki.
It has a gorgeous fruit-like aroma, elegant sweetness, and a soft texture. This has a luxurious taste.
I might buy some and take it home.

Takashimaya Sake Festival Loot #2
I bought a completely unknown Shimane sake from the San'in Sake booth.
The rice was Sakonishiki from Shimane Prefecture, a variety I had never heard of before.
The staff was very nice and the tasting was impressive, so I bought a bottle ๐.
The contents are as solid as the stylish label ๐.
It's more of a classic type?
It's not so strong and has a mildly sharp, mellow dry taste.
It's easy to drink and good as a mid-meal drink ๐.
I grilled some swordfish that my brother-in-law caught for me and drank it with the fish.
I'm sure you can try some sake that you don't know. โบ๏ธ
Hi Hissan ๐
When I went to the sake festival, they were sold out of Junmai Ginjo and only the expensive Souji was left ๐ฅ.
I bought Souji at Hanshin and was impressed with it so I would like to try a variety of it ๐.
Good evening, bouken๐.
I see that this sake is so popular that it is sold out ๐ฎ.
Holy shit, there are some good sake in the San-in area too ๐ถ!
It's not Soujitchantan ๐.
According to the explanation of the department store staff, the rice is Sakonishiki. It has a unique and distinctive aroma like herbs. It has a fresh and crisp taste. Finishes with a tangy bitterness. I don't know if it is a summer sake or not, but it has a refreshing taste and is suitable for summer.
I tasted and bought it on the same day as Kessen Sekigahara and Aoi Tenga, but Soumai was the only one that gave me the same impression when I tasted it and drank it at home ๐ค.
What a relief๐
Hello bouken, โ๏ธ
I unintentionally laughed at the beginning ๐คฃ.
Tasting and drinking at home can be different ๐ฆ the one I had the other day was more fruity than the tasting and I felt like I got more out of it ๐ but I still prefer the same one ๐.
Good evening, Ponchan ๐.
Thanks for picking up the story ๐คฃ.
I decided to buy it based on the impression I got from the tasting.................... I'm glad I bought the same one ๐ค.

#Japanese Sake
Opened April 20, 2023
Purchased at Monotari Sake Shop, Shiba Koen
Very spicy โ๏ธ
This can be paired with tuna stew or other strong flavored food ๐.
I like to drink it as a food sake ^ ^.
Not much extra flavor, very muscular๐.
It's interesting to see the quality of sake that you don't often drink when you buy it without tasting it!
This is another spring sake I purchased on a touring trip to Shimane Prefecture.
The pink color is indescribably beautiful.
How does it taste after half a year?
It tastes peachy.
It tastes like peaches and has a refreshing taste.
As you drink it, it gets a little spicy, but the peachiness doesn't go away. It's like a pink color.
The pink color seems to create an illusion.
I think it is better to drink it by itself than with a meal.
Postscript
The final product is cloudy, so the color of the grains may be deceiving, or maybe there are peach fruits in it?
I was so surprised.
If I see it again when I go back, I will buy it.
Purchased at a supermarket in Masuda City, Shimane Prefecture, on a trip.
It does not have any sort of fruity aroma, but
It was a sake with a delicious rice flavor.
