Masa
Sung Aji" Junmai from Uda Honten in Masuda City, Shimane Prefecture. Righta Honten is a brewery with a long history, founded in 1602, two years after the Battle of Sekigahara and before the start of the Edo period! They say that their aim in brewing sake is to achieve the trinity of "easy drinking", "umami", and "lingering enjoyment". This Junmai is the umami type.

かなり濃い黄色、熟成酒風、うわ立ちかは、穏やかな原酒系、味わいは、すごくはっきりした甘味のとろみのあるアタック、次の瞬間に、甘味は酸味に、とって代わられるが、すぐに甘味が顔を出す。原酒風なのは初めだけですぐにドライな風味になる。色と違って熟成酒の風味は無い。すえた酸味と後半の軽やかさは、王祿に良く似ている。
