もんがむPolishing ratio 50%, slightly dry.
It was a gift from a long time ago and had been stored at room temperature for a while. I was worried because it had been stored at room temperature for a while, but there was no problem.
The ginjo aroma is weak, but I don't know if it's because of the time it's been stored or if it's original...

とっきーIt reads "Kuninocho."
It is quite a classical type of sake.
As the name "mellow sweet" suggests, it has a strong aroma and taste of rice.
In spite of that, it has a sharpness.
This is "The Japanese Sake" and it was refreshing.

I am sorry to say this about myself, but I have finally conquered the whole country with the "Sake-no-wa" app.
I feel a little accomplished.
I'll do my best for the second week! 🍶

とっきーThank you, Hitto-san!
Let's enjoy each other's company and travel the world of sake!
たっつうPurchased at a convenience store.
It is a local sake from Takatsuki. It has a delicious taste of rice with a clean aftertaste. It is ideal as an in-between-dinner drink!
The frog on the label is supposed to mean that there are frogs in places with clean water.
ぐっさんまんThis is Kuninochou nigorizake🍶 from Kotobuki Shuzo in Settsutonda, where sake brewing has been practiced since ancient times. It is a sweet nigori sake that is easy to drink and has a slight effervescence but not too much.
After a hard day's work after the New Year, I took a break ☺️. I'm going to match it with Zoni with Chinese-style wontons, delicious Nikurage (jellyfish) and Amaou🍓! The New Year's mood is over now ⁇😁.
おっprovincial governor (under the ritsuryo system, any of a group of officials, esp. the director)
Mellow. Sweet yet lip numbing throat numbing. Quick to turn.
Sake of Settsutonda. The frog on the back is nice.
They also make beer and shochu. The sales floor looks like a warehouse. I would like to go there if it were closer.
miz_hiro12Purchased on a business trip to Osaka. I usually go to a certain yakitori chain that serves Kuninonaga beer and sake, but the timing was not right this time, so I bought it at a Seven in Shin-Osaka. It is made from Gohyakumangoku. It is a juicy sake with sweetness, gorgeousness, and richness all at once.
おしょんSake brewed in 1998.
This was my first time to drink old sake.
It was not my favorite taste.
The long aging process gave it a beautiful amber color!
I thought it might be a good match for people who drink whiskey or something! LOL!
