くま吉
Yanagawa City's local sake purchased at a souvenir shop in Gohana, a tourist attraction in Yanagawa City (Just before opening) Drink cold Clear and colorless Alcoholic aroma In the mouth, there is a strong flavor of rice, sweetness, and a slight astringency that gives the impression of wood. The dryness gradually appears and the aftertaste is short. Serve with red clams (also from Yanagawa). The astringency of the sake is not overpowered by the rich taste of the tsukudani, so it goes very well with it. Overall, it gives the impression of old-fashioned sake. (2 days after opening the bottle) Drink cold The dryness and astringency are delicious with the crisp, cold taste. The taste of tsukudani (food boiled down in soy sauce) of red clams is much better than that of cod roe or herring roe, which go well with sake. (5 days after opening) The astringency is weakened and it gives a calm impression. Personally, it is my favorite so far!

Yamada Nishiki. The fullness of acidity and umami comes from the nose. The back palate is filled with the aroma of rice.

Sourness and spiciness mellow out after 3 days of opening the bottle. Sweetness peeks out from the back.

¥908 Perhaps it is because a little time has passed, but the flavor profile seems blurred.

うなろー
Sake from Yanagawa, Fukuoka Prefecture. Full-bodied and very rich, just like Kyushu. From a slight muscat aroma, the richness spreads rapidly. The rice flavor, which is suitable for warming up, is the core of the taste, which transitions to bitterness and azuki beans. A slight grassy aroma at the end. No butteriness. Is it the bitterness? I don't know how to describe this warming-oriented flavor, but it tastes like normal Shinkame. It has an old-fashioned aroma. It may be hard to describe, but if you know what I mean, please let me know. I generally don't like sake with this flavor. But I tried it with beef stew and it was good!

It is a sake brewery that has been revived after becoming Yanagawa Shuzo. The mouthfeel is refreshing, but the taste of the sake is strong. Tonight we had a delicious meal of cabbage steak with baby sardines, mentaiko harasu and oil sardine with cream cheese and sansho.

グラ
Yanagawa Sake Brewery. It has a clear and clean taste from the ginjo aroma. Gradually the dryness increases. The alcohol feeling is a little stronger. It goes well with nabe. It seems that this sake is not originally available in stores. We would like to support them.
