ぺぇすけIt is a sake brewery that has been revived after becoming Yanagawa Shuzo.
The mouthfeel is refreshing, but the taste of the sake is strong.
Tonight we had a delicious meal of cabbage steak with baby sardines, mentaiko harasu and oil sardine with cream cheese and sansho.
