Only "Koshitanrei" sake rice grown by local sake brewers in the terraced rice paddies of Tochio, a region rich in nature, is used.
Ichibrew" brewed with rice grown from the first rice is a beautiful sake that can only be made here in Tochio.

Some time ago, I happened to see on TV that the rice fields and the brewery were destroyed by the Chuetsu Earthquake, and that everyone rebuilt the rice fields and the brewery together. I definitely wanted to buy this sake.
