日本酒らしい芳醇さが強く、若干の辛味を感じる。後味も風味が強く、フルーティーにも感じる。まぐろがこれでもかと出てくる。うまい！

辛さがキリリと来るお酒。後味もドライ。魚介類に合う静岡のお酒。まぐろのアテで頼んだまぐろの剥き身つまみはでかすぎてビックリだ！
