Top Selection 🍶 A souvenir from my wife's trip to Shimokita Peninsula. It's a bit of a surprise, mellow and acidic. When paired with salted sea urchin purchased at Akemichan-go, a famous store in Oma, the aroma of the sea spreads all over the place 😆. Dry aftertaste. A brand distributed almost exclusively in the Shimokita Peninsula of Aomori Prefecture. I'm sure there are a lot of Shimokita fathers who like this sake, just like good old Japanese sake.

It has a good mouthfeel typical of honjozo, with a dry and refreshing aftertaste. Not bad.
