A souvenir from my wife's trip to Shimokita Peninsula.
It's a bit of a surprise, mellow and acidic. When paired with salted sea urchin purchased at Akemichan-go, a famous store in Oma, the aroma of the sea spreads all over the place 😆. Dry aftertaste. It is a perfect match with the kipper I bought at the Aomori product exhibition at Marui in Shiki 👍After all, local sake goes well with local food. ☺️
