I don't get much of a ginjo aroma, but it's a "this is so good!" cup of sake: ☺️
It's like a young, hard pear, but it has a good rice flavor too.

After work, I went to Torimoto Kojimachi to wish them a Happy New Year.
They are having a Fukuoka fair right now, and there was some local sake from Fukuoka. Kansansui Junmai Ginjo 55% polished. It has a hint of sweetness. The aroma of white flowers is also present. It is also good that it is clear and has a nice sharpness.
The snacks are pickled grated radish and liver patties. This is also a usual combination.

Dry all the way through. Honeydew at the start and fades to banana esters with more acidity in the tail end than the front. Thick mouthfeel but not too much bite given the alcohol
