Slightly sweet aroma like sugarcane, but very dry.
Very mild on the palate ststThis is my first Junmai type. I was very grateful to be able to sample it since they only sell 1.8 Junmai!
The aroma is smooth, yet it smells like freshly cooked rice.
The mouthfeel is silky and smooth, but soon after, a pungent taste gradually spreads to the tongue!
It is less assertive in its umami than the Junmai Akagisan, and is more specialized in its dryness. However, as described, it has no habits and the taste has no waves, so it may be the best to drink it quickly while enjoying the punch of dryness during a meal..! ststMyogisan" for the first time in several years!
Personally, I prefer "Mt. Akagi", but it is no less 👍.
When you open the bottle and pour it, you can smell the aroma of sugarcane.
It has a clean mouthfeel, but the thick flavor that comes immediately afterwards is classic and has a taste that is full of The Sake. It reminds me of "Reimei" from Okinawa.
It has a fluffy flavor like brown sugar bread, and a good balance of cleanness and sharpness that is typical of Gunma sake, making it perfect for drinking ✨.
My impression is that it is Akagisan for its sharpness, Harunasan for its umami, and Myogisan for its balance!
I think the umami part is more robust than when I drank it before, perhaps because it was laid down for a year and a half.

I just traveled to Gunma the other day 🚎.
Today we had sukiyaki in Shimonita 🍲.
We had sukiyaki with pork here (^🐽^).
I had Myogisan special honjozo to go with my rice!
It was mild, full of sweetness of rice, and had no peculiar taste!
It was a little dry.
Anyway, the sukiyaki leeks and meat were delicious!

Of course I bought some sake 🥃.
It's not easy to get to, but the sukiyaki in Shimonita was great, and the costumers were amazing 👍. パピスケClear with a slight yellowish tinge, slightly light viscosity (alc14).
Good aroma and fruity.
