The first sake given to me by my brother-in-law
Natsuda Fuyuzo
What I like about it is the name.
In summer, they make rice in the rice paddies.
In winter, they make sake in the brewery.
It's like having a clear skies and a rainless sky.
The top aroma is not strong, but it has a gorgeous ginjo aroma.
When you take a sip
Round and mild sweetness.
A perfect balance of umami and acidity.
Finishes with a slight bitterness on the tongue.
Yum!
Not a sharp taste
Gentle
Gentle
Thank you, brother-in-law.
Since I've been released
I've been able to open a four-pack in a couple of days
Next time
Sparkling Tasake or Aizu Ryugasawa...
I'm curious about the two hares...
