The other day, I received a line from my wife saying, "We are at Costco right now, do you want to buy some sake to take home? I had never bought sake at Costco.
I had never bought sake at Costco before, and I had never really thought about buying sake, but she did.
Sekimusume Daiginjo. I had never bought sake at Costco before, so I didn't think of buying much sake. Small sake doesn't suit me.
I've been drinking it chilled lately, but I decided to drink it at room temperature (I didn't have room in the fridge). (I didn't have enough space in the fridge.)
Surprisingly tasty. I didn't expect much.
I hardly felt any acidity or fruity flavor, but I could taste the umami of the rice. It says "Yamada Nishiki" on the label.
Sometimes, this kind of pattern may be possible.
I was told that it was a limited number and tasted good for 1,000 yen.
It was recommended, so I bought it immediately!
Freshly pressed ginjo-nama sake
Sweet, fresh and light taste!
It goes down smoothly 😋.
I drank it with a side of vinegared mackerel.
90% of it was gone in no time.
Before I could drink it all
before I could drink it all 💦.
It was delicious 😋.
A bottle of sake given to me by a monk when I visited his grave on the far shore. I am very grateful for it.
It has a fluffy and gorgeous aroma that is typical of daiginjos.
The alcohol is also very strong.
