Finally, this was the last one 😢.
It seems to be an original brand for this project.
It had an elegant sweetness, and I felt the umami and drinkability of only the original sake. I wanted to drink it all the time❗️

Second bottle of sake delivered at the Fukushima recovery online event! It was a sake-like sake that I hadn't had recently. It goes down easy, but has a little bit of a flavor to it. But it goes well with all kinds of food.
I am looking forward to drinking one more sake from the online event!

本日の〆は、部屋呑み。吟醸っぽさはあまり感じなく、グビグビいけるタイプではありませんが、しっかりとした喉越しと、そこそこの辛さは良いバランスでした。
カップ酒は、旨さが消費税くらいは増すなー、と思っているのはワタシだけ？

オーセンティックなラベルからイメージしたガツンとした香りはなく、旨みがギュッと😆特別感はないけど、デイリー酒としてゆるゆるいける感じです✨
