The sake was supposed to be warmed up, so I had it lukewarm. The aroma is not as strong when heated, and it doesn't have the distinctive warming sensation that hits the back of the nose, but it has a mild taste, so even people who don't like hot sake can drink it. It tastes sweet at first, but it has a sharpness to it, with a sourness that lingers at the end. We paired it with a kiritanpo hot pot, and it went well with the light chicken broth and rice.

Sasanokawa Sake Brewery was at the Fukushima Product Fair. I was driving to another event, the Asian Fair, so I was not able to sample the sake 🙀. The brewery bottles freshly pressed sake and freezes it at -30℃, so you can enjoy the original flavor of umami, spiciness, and acidity of the sake in its freshly pressed state. If you are looking for a sweet sake, this is the one for you! He recommended it to me. I let it slowly dissolve in the refrigerator before enjoying it. The sake was thick and glossy, with almost no bitterness. Fruity ginjo aroma and flavor. Sweet and delicious! Ingredients: Rice, rice malt, brewing alcohol Rice used: 100% Yamadanishiki from Hyogo Prefecture Rice polishing ratio: 40 Alcohol content: 17

I bought a bottle of nigori sake because it was so rare. There was also the hottest sake in Fukushima. The frozen sake was still tickling when I got home: ❄️ I let it thaw slowly in the fridge before serving. This nigori sake is very active and on the verge of erupting. It is rather dry 🤔I can feel the umami well. I think it is similar to nigori sparkling sake. The next day, I think the sweetness increased.

Purchased through the Disaster Recovery Support Campaign❕(^^)d The second bottle is Junmai after the last Ginjo. I felt more alcohol than the last ginjo and I think it's not as mellow 🤔. I think it's not as mellow 🤔. Maybe it will become mellower if I let it sit for a few days after opening the bottle. I have the impression that it would be good with hot sake, but if you're tired of drinking the sweet juicy ones that are popular right now, it might be good to go back to the basics 😃. ★★★★☆☆☆☆

Purchased as part of a campaign to support disaster recovery. I received two kinds of this Ginjo and Junmai. I bought them in the hope that I could help in this way. I started with the ginjo 😀. I honestly did not expect much since it was a ginjo with alcohol, but I did not feel any alcohol, and although it was sweet, there was a moderate bitterness, so it did not leave a bad sweet taste. The aroma was not that spectacular, and the overall flavor was mellow and cohesive, but I don't know if that's the right way to put it, but it gave a blurry impression. I would say it was easy to drink, but it didn't leave much of an impression 🤔. Looking forward to another Junmai ❕. I'm looking forward to another bottle of Junmai ❕.
