Sasanogawa Junmai
58% 15%, 720ml, 1430 yen
It is labeled Junmai but is 58% polished.
The acidity is strong. This is what orthodox acidity is supposed to taste like. After the acidity comes an edgy dryness like a horse coming from behind.
However, there seems to be some unique peculiarities, and depending on the day you drink it, it may bother you a little.
I heard it won an award for lukewarm sake, but I should have tried heating it up to emphasize the peculiarity and find out what caused it.

Sasanokawa 35-year old sake, Junmai
60% 17%, 500ml, 5000 yen
We went to a brewery in Koriyama, Fukushima Prefecture. It was a beautifully renovated and stylish space.
There was a sign that said "Milan Sake Challenge", a double gold medal winner, which I don't know what it means.
The sake was a dark color, almost black. It is rare to see such a color.
It does not have the strong smell of old wine and does not have a bad smell. It is a very thick and thick sake, almost like Shaoxing sake. It has a very deep taste and is quite delicious.
I would like to have a cup of sake while listening to Akari Machi's "My Birthplace is Koriyama".
When I thought about what I was doing 35 years ago, all I could think of was ping pong dash.

Souvenirs] Untasted brands from Fukushima, a gold medal winning kingdom full of legends, at the Roadside Station "Fukushima" in Osasao, Fukushima City during the Tohoku tour in September. It is indeed a local sake kingdom. Posters of Japan's top gold medal-winning sake and a lot of undrinkable brands. I bought a packet and went for this one.
This one is made with Fukunoka, developed by Fukushima Prefecture. It was made for highly refined sake. Mild ginjo aroma. Soft sweetness and rice flavor. Delicious. Easy to drink.
The second check-in in the morning
Nice sake with the taste of rice!
Is this cheap sake? It's a cheap sake!
I think it could be sold for 1000 yen if it was branded like wine...
For a businessman like me, it's a blessing!
At the mountain pass, I got that Rikimochi (rice cake): ‼︎
They were selling it on the platform.
The number of pieces sold at the Pass Station is probably very small, but I guess that's how the stores feel about it!
I am very thankful to the railroad lovers!
The rice cakes were delicious and slightly salty.
When opened, it has a strong spicy impression and is quite harsh.
After a while, the spiciness becomes moderate, and sweetness and umami can be felt. However, the spiciness comes slowly.
It is a good sake to drink slowly.
Azumaya Betsuatsurai Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Nama Sake
The color is a little cloudy and the aroma is not so strong.
In the mouth, it has a muscat-like flavor and a clear taste, followed by a bitter taste!
I have neglected to record this and am back to New Year😓😓.
At a New Year's party with my uncle, we were treated to a special product from Azumaya in Adachi-ku, Tokyo.
It was a very elegant sake with a melon-like aroma and flavor and a well-balanced fresh acidity. ☺️
I know it's a little early, but I'm going to make a reservation for the end of the year 😅😅.
