I drank it in a wine glass because it was awarded the Gold Prize in the "Delicious Sake in a Wine Glass Award". It is characterized by being dark, sweet, and juicy. It is a so-called modern sake with the lightness element removed and the emphasis on sweetness. It is sweet and consistent from start to finish, but the drawback is that there is no change in flavor. It is almost like a raw sake.

Clear, colorless crystal with a fruity nose reminiscent of pear and white peach. Gentle on the palate with a soft acidity. The finish is long but refreshing.

まずは濃厚なバナナ香り、後でリンゴとメロン匂い
華やか香でなりました。
大体10分を経った、フルーツの香はだんだん米香りに変わった
口中感はまずちょっと甘さ、しかし飲み込む前に強い旨味出てきました
飲み込み後、穀物香がある、乳酸味もありました
とっても面白かった酒！

フルーティーな香りだが、冷やすことでスッキリとした味わいに。あとから来る淡麗感にしっかりと日本酒らしさを感じることが出来る。米の旨みがもう少しあるとさらに良いのだが。

飲みやすくまろやかだけど、後味にしっかり日本酒を感じます！
