The seventh and closing sake at Chirori's tonight.
Unlike the flirtatious image on the label, this sake has almost none of the shwashiness of the raw sake, but is a dry, robust sake 😋.
This is my third encounter with this brewery's sake, including the previous one, and again the label is a surprise 😃.
