Stopping by on my way back from Mt. Rokko
Thank you for always allowing us to do tasting!
Mr. Yoneji was at the tasting counter again today.
He told us that hiyayoroshi is now available from September!
The color is beautiful crystal!
Sweet floral aroma!
Sweetness comes in the first sip.
But the acidity soon follows.
It has a sharpness.
Well-balanced sake

I received a bottle of Kuzo Yamadanishiki Junmai Ginjo.
My brother brought this sake to a gathering at my parents' house, and I had never seen this brand before.
The aroma is a mild ginjo aroma.
It has a firm umami flavor with a fruity sweetness.
Yes, it is delicious!
This is a brewery that is not well registered in Sake-no-wa, but there are many different breweries out there 😊.
Good evening, enoshima-san 😀
I like this brewery because they have a lot of sweet and tasty Nada sake 😁I also have Aizan and Omachi when I visit the brewery 😊.
Good morning, bouken 😊.
It was really sweet and delicious. I didn't know there were other types like that. I'm interested in both Aizan and Omachi 🎵I'll get them to buy some more 😁.
Probably the last time up for home drinking in the year. I'm going to drink outside in the evening after this. This is the one I opened yesterday and forgot to post.
It's been a while since I've had it. It's been 2 years since the first release.
The label and the bottle are different from before, but this one is really cool.
It has a gorgeous but calm ginjo aroma, and the mouthfeel is calm and refreshing. It has a peachy taste. The previous Shiboritate had a gassy feel, but this one doesn't.
I like the episodes surrounding the name of Kuzo.
The regular Junmai Daiginjo Yamadanishiki, Omachi, and Aizan, which are not Shiboritate, might have been better.
It used to be only Junmai Ginjo with Omachi and Yamadanishiki, but they renewed it as Junmai Daiginjo and the Junmai Ginjo is now only Yamadanishiki.
Kuzo is my parents' favorite sake, and I've known it for a long time and am familiar with it.
We were told that the new sake was on sale, so we headed straight to the brewery.
Slightly yellow
Gorgeous melon aroma.
The refreshing sweetness and sourness that only new sake can provide.
