Rich aroma of ginjo aroma. Slightly dry with a sharp taste. I found that 3/4 of the 4 gou bottle was empty...it's a delicious sake.

Purchased at a liquor store near Echigo Yuzawa station. It is sweet and fresh with a hint of gas, which I like. However, there is a slight alcohol taste at the end.
The first time I opened the bottle, it was clear and light, but as the days went by, the sweetness started to follow, and I liked it more and more every day.
